30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, uninked, in its original condition and in its original packaging, including the supplied accessories.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. Obtain return authorization and confirm the return address before sending your parcel. Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item is damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied, contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution with you. The unused and uninked conditions for change-of-mind returns do not prevent you from reporting a defect discovered during use.
Return shipping and fees
We cover return shipping when the return results from our error, damage or a product defect. You are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because you changed your mind. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
